Our physical therapists at Soleil Physical Therapy & Wellness Inc. in Quincy, Massachusetts, have been trained to address a diverse multitude of conditions and injuries. Our rehabilitation specialists have treated hundreds of patients just like you over the years, and we're happy to be in the rewarding position to safely and effectively free you of your pain.

Dave Bacani, PT, MSPT - Clinical Director

David Bacani, PT, MSPT

Clinical Director

Dave serves as the clinical director at SPT and at our sister clinic Quantum Physical Therapy in Boston. Dave is currently enrolled in the Manual Therapy Certification Program (MTC) through Evidence in Motion (EIM), the largest provider of post-professional education in the physical therapy industry. Dave plans to complete the MTC program in the spring of 2017 and continue on to pursue his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a focus on musculoskeletal disorders. Dave has a special interest in spinal and extremity manipulation and has received training in spinal manipulation through the Spinal Manipulation Institute of the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Dave is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA’s Orthopaedic Section. Dave believes in utilizing an eclectic approach to physical therapy within an evidence-based framework. Dave promotes active treatment while incorporating various forms of neuromuscular and myofascial tissue manipulation including Active Release Technique (ART) and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

Dave received his Bachelor of Health Sciences in 1999 and Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Boston University College of Health and Rehabilitation Services: Sargent College. Dave enjoys many outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking and mountain biking. He is an avid Mixed Martial Arts fan and loves to travel. Dave also has a passion for languages and can evaluate and treat in Spanish.

Vivian Huang, DPT

Vivian Huang, DPT

Vivian received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2013 from Northeastern University. She worked at Cape Cod Hospital for 2 years and is currently working at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Soleil Physical Therapy & Wellness Inc.  Vivian  specializes in orthopedics and sports-related injuries.  She is currently enrolled in the Manual Therapy Certification Program through Evidence in Motion and has been trained in Advanced Vestibular rehabilitation and Muscular Energy Techniques of the spine and extremities.  She also utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Kinesio Taping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to assist in the care of her patients.  Vivian is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Ron Maciel B.S., LPTA

Ron Maciel B.S., LPTA

Ron has been with Soleil Physical Therapy and Wellness for 9 years with over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience includes post-surgical orthopedic, acute, sub-acute, chronic and neurological conditions. Ron is a former owner of a private Physical Therapy outpatient clinic and has several years' experience as a manager of outpatient clinics and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation manager.

Nigel Best, PTA

Nigel is an experienced physical therapy assistant with many years experinence. He graduated from Bay State College in 1998 with an Associates degree in physical therapy. Nigel is passionate about the health and well-being of his patients.

Patricia sullivan, PTa

Patsy is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associates degree in Physical Therapy from Bay State College. Patsy has many years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in both Outpatient/orthopedic settings and Inpatient/ Skilled Nursing Facilities. She also earned her B.S. degree in Nutrition and is certified in Reiki Levels I & II with an interest in holistic medicine.

Qui Trinh

Qui serves as a physical therapy aide helping many of our patients review their prescribed exercises.   He also  gives supportive feedback to correct their form. Qui received his Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2015 from Clark University.  Qui is an aspiring physical therapist, who is bilingual in English and Vietnamese and often translates for our Vietnamese patients. Qui is also a certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is now a specialist in corrective exercise (CES).

Licensed Massage Therapist

Being part of the team of therapists at Soleil who help clients become pain free is very rewarding.  I love being a massage therapist! I graduated from Massage Institute of New England and have taken classes in Neuromuscular Therapy and Russian Masssage. In addition to being a massage therapist, I am a Dental Hygienist. When I am not working, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.

Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist

Ms. Yue earned her Master's Degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture. She specializes in pain management including whiplash, headache, neck, shoulder, back, sciatica, knee, and ankle pain. She also treats insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, side effects of chemotherapy, and GYN/fertility. She incorporates electro acupuncture, cupping, and moxa to provide the best treatment for each individual. Her goal is to help people regain their wellness.
